Who We Are
CS3 Tactical Solutions is a defense technology company specializing in underground visualization, mapping, and maneuvering systems that provide real-time intelligence in GPS-denied and high-risk environments.
Founded in 2016 by veterans of Israel’s defense, engineering, and industrial design sectors, CS3 develops technologies that transform the unseen into actionable intelligence — giving armed forces, law enforcement, and rescue professionals the ability to see, map, and control the subterranean domain.
Our solutions are engineered for simplicity, durability, and precision. They are built for operators, not laboratories, and tested in real-world missions — from the battlefields of the Middle East to disaster zones in the United States and Europe.
CS3 is a registered developer and R&D provider to Israel’s Ministry of Defense, and collaborates globally with defense agencies, research partners, and technology innovators to advance the boundaries of subterranean awareness and operational safety.

Our Leadership
Moshe Ore
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
A defense technologist and industrial designer with more than 15 years of experience in tactical R&D, Moshe leads CS3's engineering vision and field innovation programs. He has collaborated with the Israel Ministry of Defense, U.S. DoD, and international research partners to develop systems that redefine subterranean intelligence.
Daniel Stapleton
Managing Partner
A global defense strategist and program integrator, Daniel leads international operations, partnerships, and business development for CS3. His work connects Israeli and allied defense industries through technology, training, and cross-border collaboration.
Chief Engineer
An accomplished aerospace engineer, entrepreneur, and technology leader, Yigal has spearheaded advanced defense and aerospace programs throughout his career, earning the prestigious Israel Defense Prize for innovation and operational impact. He later served as Program Director for Beresheet, Israel's first lunar lander, helping lead one of the nation's most ambitious aerospace initiatives. His experience provides CS3 with deep multidisciplinary expertise in complex systems engineering, technology integration, and the management of large-scale international programs.
Operations Manager
A security and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in tactical training, security management, and organizational leadership. Dror has held senior operational and instructional roles supporting U.S. government security programs in Israel and currently leads operational readiness, technology deployment, and training activities at CS3 Tactical Solutions. A former IDF Golani Brigade combat soldier, he brings extensive field experience, team leadership, and operational expertise to the development and implementation of mission-critical capabilities.
